• Certass (for FENSA-equivalent installer certification and warranty registration)
• HomePro (for the 30-year Insurance-Backed Guarantee)
• Our accountant (for invoicing and tax records via Xero)
• Third-party surveying, delivery and installation partners where applicable
• Website and email service providers (hosting, form submission, mail routing)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries for 3 years after last contact, in case you come back to us. Records of completed installations are kept for the duration of your guarantee (up to 50 years for Accoya, 30 years for HomePro IBG, 10 years workmanship) plus 6 years for accounting purposes. After that, we securely delete or anonymise your information.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Object to us using your data for marketing
• Ask us to give you a portable copy of your data
