York is one of our most active markets. The city's Georgian and Victorian townhouses need timber windows that suit conservation-area requirements — and increasingly, homeowners inside Article 4 areas need windows that look period but perform to modern thermal standards. Our home patch. From Roundhay and Alwoodley townhouses to the Georgian farmhouses around Boston Spa and Wetherby, we know the housing stock. Ten miles from our workshop. Wetherby, Boston Spa, Thorp Arch, Clifford, Bramham — this is where we've done some of our best full-house Accoya installations. Homeowners here tend to keep the joinery for the long haul, which is why Accoya's 50-year durability warranty resonates. We can usually be out for a survey within a few days.
